FreeToken.ai offers API access for AI inference, vector database storage, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI message thread persistence. You must create an account to access the Service. The Service is intended for use by individual developers, businesses, and enterprises.

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Fees and Payment

FreeToken.ai operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model. Users purchase credits that are deducted as services are used. Auto-reloading options are available. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing and user-opt-in tools like web search features. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or development purposes.

The Service is a "commercial item" as defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, and may be provided to the U.S. Government only as a commercial item.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
